Keene - Bell Tent

It's a very peaceful place and we loved the tent and where it was positioned among the trees. There was a lovely morning view from the tent of the rolling hills in the distance. And we loved the horses in the field next to us. There were quite good facilities for making food and eating outdoors. Also a big fridge to store everything. We enjoyed the outdoor cooking on the gas hob and the barbecue and there were good shower/bathroom facilities. We both slept very well in the tent and felt we could have stayed longer. It's definitely somewhere I would like to return to. All in all a great glamping experience.

There was a little bit of litter outside the tent when we arrived which we cleaned up. Sounds like the previous guests had left a big mess when I spoke to the cleaners so I wouldn't hold it against them too much as I think they had a big job on their hands before we arrived. We like cooking and would have liked there to be a chopping board in the kitchen area. I was also pleased I had my own penknife with me as there was only one rather inadequate knife for chopping.

The tent was comfortable, facilities excellent, scenery beautiful.

There is a working farm 100m away from the tent, which was extremely noisy the 2nd night...which was very frustrating !
