Location Building Quietness Light Space Bed
Temperature - The largest radiator was off and hidden behind a large sofa threfore the temperature was not enough Technology: - Wifi - there is a portable wifi that needed to be charged but then charger was not at the property. Also no instructions were available. - TV - a small monitor that had no TV or streaming apps, nothing worked - Cleaness - Badly cleaned and bad smell at my arrival - the flat was not freshed up and there was smell upon my arrival plus a sheet was laying under the main table The sofa and cushions do not feel clean

Not ski in ski out at all. OK for the price. Sofa bed awful - not a passable bed - needs to be replaced.
Well equipped. Modern (albeit a bit worn out) Close to shops and restaurants. Good overall value. Pretty spacious for a studio.
Very poor worn out sofa bed was banana shaped and not. Passable bed at all. One of our party had very poor sleep. Pillows all need replacement. We went out a purchased our own. Location is central but not ski in ski out at all and the owner should remove this from the listing! Even saying 300m is a bit of a con as it’s 500m at least whichever way you measure it and it’s a fairly steep climb up and down icy roads and paths with ski gear that would not be easy to do with children for example. You exit the apartment directly onto a steep road with no footpath and cars shooting up and down so they don’t get stuck on the ice/snow. Running the kettle, oven and a few phone chargers at the same time caused a power outage, this was easily resolved with help from Happy Rentals but annoying, an apartment for 4-5 people needs a bigger supply.

Has a lot of potential
Comfortable temperature throughout the apartment and situated in a great location, however using the phrase Ski in Ski Out is a bit cheeky and doesn’t apply, unless you plan on riding up and down asphalt roads. It’s 300m from a lift
1: Terrible water pressure from the shower, genuinely one of the worst showers I’ve used. When you run the shower the water pressure is so low it doesn’t call for heat at the gas boiler so you end up having a cold shower. The only work around I found was running the sinks hot tap at the same time and making small adjustments at the shower to force hot water through. Such a faf. 2: The WiFi speed is 2Mbps at best and can’t handle basic quality streaming without dropping out. Reminds me of early 2000’s dialup 3: No access to the ski/board room on the ground floor. All wet equipment has to brought inside the apartment to dry or left on the balcony which results in wet floors with small stones everywhere. 4: Very little amenities supplied - 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 dishwasher tablet, 1 trash bag. 5: The stains on the seating/sleeping area cushion's

2 radiatoren zitten verborgen achter een zetel en een bed waardoor het moeilijk is om een aangename warme themperatuur te verkrijgen. Een kleerkast met hangers zou ook wenselijk zijn.
