About this apartment rental
Apartment for 5P in a 4* residence. It is located on the heights of Sestriere close to cross-country skiing and hiking. It overlooks the city and has a spectacular view of the slopes and the city.
Furnished with solid wood furniture in mountain style, it consists of a bedroom with bunk bed, a living room with sofa bed (180) and satellite TV, kitchenette equipped with all accessories with a hob, fridge and dishwasher, dining area, direct dial telephone, safe, bathroom with shower and hairdryer and a large balcony with superb views of the mountains with sun loungers.

The Bar service is available from 8:00 am to 12:00 am for a quick breakfast, a regenerating après-ski, an aperitif or a digestif with your friends while listening to live music or participating in the entertainment offered by the team of entertainers.
The restaurant will offer you a journey through Italian cuisine, with stops in the typical cuisine of the Piedmontese mountains.

Miniclub for children aged 4 to 10, an equipped room in which they will be followed by assistants in fun and recreational activities.
Those who are not avid skiers or who want to take a break from the descents can take advantage of the walks and snowshoe rides (snowshoes available free of charge) of the "Non-Skiers Club" to discover unspoiled nature and the flavors of the mountain. Early evening proposals include an aperitif game, tournaments and a piano bar.
You are in the mountains at an altitude of 2000m (snow guaranteed) with magnificent landscapes and a view of the peaks that culminate at more than 3000m. Sestriere has a ski area that is huge and all skiers will find what they are looking for. The price of the passes is reasonable compared to other resorts in the Alps (France and Italy).
This accommodation gives you the flexibility and comfort of an apartment and the services of a leisure residence. You put your car in the underground parking lot and all you have to do is enjoy.
The residence is on the heights in a quiet area. Access to the town can be done on foot. You have a shuttle bus that takes you directly to the gondolas that will take you to 2800m and to the chairlifts to access the entire VIALATTEA ski area (400 km of slopes) which goes as far as France (Montgenèvre).
The reception of the residence will be notified. It is open 24 hours a day. All you have to do is go to the reception with an identity document. In case of difficulties during the stay, I can still be reached, but the reception will be able to solve any problems you may encounter directly.
Public transportation is close by but you can do a lot and reach the heart of Sestriere on foot.
Sestriere is just after the French-Italian border accessible via Briançon or the other side (motorway and Fréjus tunnel). A historic destination for ski enthusiasts, so much so that it often hosts important sporting and social events, such as the annual meeting of the Ski World Cup competitions, the 1997 World Championships, the recent world consecration as a point of attraction for winter sports obtained with the competitions of the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games in Torino 2006.
In addition to the possibility of ski-in/ski-out access to five other neighbouring resorts, Sestriere offers skiers 89 modern lifts that make it easy to enjoy the vast Milky Way ski area,

Enjoyed the apartment. Really nice staff , good bar and gym. Only suggestion would be to have washing up soap for the kitchen included. Would stay again.
