For anyone wanting to go to Seoul but experience living with the locals, this is the place for you. The street is quiet but there are restaurants, bars and convenience stores very close to the apartment. Do not worry about being too far from the tourist areas as there is a bus stop just outside that can connect you to anywhere in the city (get a T Money card). In addition, the apartment is a 20-minute walk from the Lotte Tower and a massive shopping mall. As for the apartment, my wife and I loved it. It is so cozy and it felt like home. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen is functional and in winter the underfloor heating kept us toasty warm. My wife and I were working while in Seoul and the kitchen table was big enough for us both to work using multiple screens. The true highlight was the host. We arrived late at night, and she left us water and some food. On cold days she dropped off umbrellas and hand warmers. On other days she surprised us with drinks and snacks. When we needed help with directions or extra water, she was more than helpful. We 100% recommend this apartment for any traveler to experience Seoul.

"The host responded quickly, making our stay very comfortable. I booked the place with 5 friends to visit Lotte World and Lotte Tower, and it was very convenient as we could get there quickly by car. The exterior is a bit old, but the interior is clean, and with 3 rooms, it was spacious enough. I also liked that Seokchon Gobun Station was only a 10-minute walk away. I would love to stay here again next time!"
