Easy communication with the host. The host was pleasant and allowed a late checkout without any problems.

Booked 3 nights as we were here to catch 2 days of 2026 Weverse Con Festival. Host was the most helpful to provide us info on how to make our way there. We arrived early and Host was very kind in allowing us an earlier check in. She waited for us, just so she could greet us. The apartment had everything we needed and we could sit at the big table to chat and eat. Too many excellent choices of food and we really wished we could stay longer. We had McDonald's and Jjajangmyeon when we returned late from the concerts. There were several 24h restaurants surrounding the property. We walked to Lotte Mall and really enjoyed the shopping experience there. The local market is a stone's throw away from the property but didn't seem popular as it was quiet during the 3 times we were there. We bought lots of pet food from the unmanned store with self-check out kiosk located just outside the property. We also had the best Hanwoo at a restaurant nearby...butchered and served to patrons direct. Jamsilsanae is truly a hidden gem. If not for the concerts, we would never have discovered this awesome neighbourhood.

Without the Host's clear instructions, I don't think anyone can find this place on his or her own. The building was extremely quiet and the walls seemed very thin. That also means we had very peaceful sleep all 3 nights! My family might not be that suitable for this property. Due to our job nature, we have loud voices. We had to whisper to one another when we were inside the property. It was a little bit inconvenient for us....hahaha

kspoドームのコンサートのため利用しました。2号線、9号線にも徒歩圏内で行けますし、飲食店やコンビニ、マートなども周辺にあり最高の立地です。また、オーナーの方のお心遣いに感動しました。子どものために絵本やおもちゃを準備してくださり、ウェルカムお菓子も美味しくいただきました。宿泊に関するメッセージのやりとりもスムーズで不安は一つもありませんでした。半地下ですが、値段と立地を考えれば文句なしです。食べ物の配達もできるよう、準備されているので何度も利用しました。

even offering to let us check out later on our last day so we could rest before our late flight. The apartment is spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located near Jamsilsaenae Station — walking distance to Lotte Mall, Lotte World, the baseball stadium, and Saemaeul Market (loved the strawberries, apples, and famous shrimp mandu!). Great base if you're doing Lotte World Adventure or a baseball game, and super easy to reach Seongsu, Gangnam, Cheongdam, and Hannam. We left feeling like we'd made a real friend in Korea. ❤️

The rooms are on the smaller side, so with five of us it was a bit tight — though we knew this going in and managed just fine. It's also worth knowing this is east Seoul rather than central, so if you're set on staying near Myeongdong, Hongdae, or Gyeongbokgung, you'll be adding travel time. For our plans it worked perfectly, but something to consider depending on what you want to see
