Location.

The guest house is split into several different houses with own entrances from the outside. The main bedroom on the second floor with four double beds and large table. Separate toilet and shower downstairs, and separate kitchen in the other building. And to get there you always have to put on your jackets in colder weather. The place is suitable only for summer stays. Otherwise all you do is just burning wood to heat up the space. No other heating provided, only wood and only yourself. The kitchen is in the separate building and it is always cold, even when tried to heat it by wood burning stove, it still didn't hold any heat, as no insulation at all and holes through the walls. We had couple miscommunications with the owner about our agreements and had to prove our point several times. Thus if you agree with them something it may change, if the owner is not comfortable with it anymore. If you want sauna, do not expect it to be more than 70degree. At least, this what owner say is the top temperature. Real disappointment. And the last point is that it was Too expensive for 2 nights + sauna, for this not very comfortable stay.
