Authentic place, nice interior, nice staff, especially girl and n the restaurant who solved problem very quickly and professionally

Need to book spa in advance to have chance to go there but nowhere is written that information! Book it in advance

Overall, the property was excellent. The SPA was outstanding, with all services delivered to a very high standard. The SPA receptionist was a true professional – extremely polite and attentive.

We stayed in the building where the restaurant is located on the ground floor. Unfortunately, the welcome was quite unpleasant — Two women greeted us upon arrival, both were completely unfriendly. One of them, who seemed to be in training (though that’s not the issue), kept staring at us the entire time, which was extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate. The second woman, who seemed to be training her, served us dinner later in the evening. At first everything seemed fine, but the steak I ordered was extremely dry. When she asked how the food was, I told her that everything was good, but the steak was really dry. Instead of offering to replace it, remake it, or make any kind of gesture, she seemed offended and said it was because I chose medium-well. I’ve had medium-well steaks many times, and they were always juicy and tender. This kind of response felt very unprofessional and left a bad impression. Additionally, there were no tea or coffee facilities provided in the room.

The staff were courteous and kind. Breakfast was quite alright.

There was no hot water in the sink. (Only shower had hot water). The shower had the hangers on vacuum stickers - it’s fine for a regular place, but not for a place that considers itself a luxury resort.
