Ideal location:
-beach is near - only to cross the road, 1 min. Very convenient!
-food shop is 3 mins walk
-shopping starts from the doors)
-main sightseeing are around 15 mins walk distance - very convenient.
Good pebble beach with the shower.
Good view from the balcony (to a nice street).
Refrigerator, microwave, big hotplate, shower gel and shampoo, iron, all washing elements (soap, gel, laundry).
There is everything you need at the kitchen.
The smell at the reception (smelling sticks are lit at the reception....this is for an amateur - they gave me a headache..It was very unpleasant)
The mattress is a little hard. And it's not comfortable to sit on the couch (there are iron sticks everywhere), and this is no other soft place to sit at…
All storages are quite worn and old…which you don’t see at photos.
But the location wins!!!)

Appartement charmant en plein centre de Menton à deux pas de la plage très pratique pour se déplacer en train dans la région et être au cœur de tout. Check in/out autonome et efficace avec un contact très réactif en cas de question.
La rue très passante même si fenêtre fermée c’est ok. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas un vrai lit .
