Villa Isola

We absolutely loved the apartment we booked for our month-long stay in Menton! It was clean and comfortable, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the location was fantastic: from the beach to the train station, ATMs to markets (including the wonderful covered farmer's marke), pharmacies to a medical supply store, and many wonderful restaurants and boulangeries--all were within a short walking distance of no more than 10 minutes from the flat. And Nadine was such a wonderful and accommodating host--despite the modest command of each other's language, we were able to communicate well enough with each other to ask any question and have it answered. We highly recommend Villa Isola!

The apartment is located on busy side street, which can get noisy with traffic and the occasional boisterous conversation. The street cleaners also operate early in the morning and are loud as they make their way along Rue Partouneaux, but you are in a city location afterall and some noise is to be expected. We got quite used to it so it wasn't a bother.

A localização é perfeita (muito perto da estação) para quem quer conhecer a Riviera Francesa, permite sossego e evita a confusão dos transportes de Nice. A casa superou as nossas expectativas e a simpatia da Nadine conquistou-nos. Recomendamos muito!

Nada, estava tudo perfeito!

Lokacija je odlična,blizu centra,trgovina i plaža.Menton je izuzetno dobro vlakom povezan s drugim odredištima.Grad je miran i siguran.Posebno nam se svidjelo što je apartman uređen s mnogo ukusa i vintage detalja pa izgleda kao mala galerija umjetnina.

Accueil chaleureux de Nadine, sa prévenance envers mon petit fils, sa réactivité quand je lui ai demandé des objets usuels, sa disponibilité sans être envahissante, les échanges chaleureux quand je lui ai posé des questions sur la région, l'historique sur la villa. Merci et bravo à la femme de ménage pour l'entretien de l'appartement. Rarement vu un appartement aussi bien tenu ce qui explique la note ! Continuez... Venant par le train, j'ai apprécié que le linge de toilettes, les draps et les torchons, serviettes de tables et même le tablier soient fournies. L'appartement est vraiment situé en hyper-centre, en face du super U ainsi que les bus. Pour informations, il faut prendre la navette gratuite qui s'arrête dans la 1ère rue à droite, en sortant de la gare (près d'une colonne). Merci pour le séjour.
