L'emplacement est idéal pour parcourir Montréal à pied entre le quartier des arts, le vieux port et les grands magasins. L'accès au logement est ultra simple via un système de double digicode : on ne s'encombre d'aucune clé. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement aux familles souhaitant trouver un appart-hôtel dans Montréal.
Seul petit bémol, le stationnement dans la rue est très réglementé mais un parking souterrain à 18 Dollars CA est hyper proche et pratiquement tout le temps disponible. Nous avons certes eu droit à 2 déclenchements incendie très très bruyants durant notre séjour dans l'immeuble mais ce n'était apparemment que de fausses alertes (en tout cas les alarmes fonctionnent plutôt bien).
