    Water dispenser is only available at the lobby.Very inconvenience to collect water often as the weather is very hot . Will be appreciated if the hotel provide water dispenser at every floor...Just install the basic water dispenser will do.1 door card per room add to the problem of collecting water at the lobby for those have more than couple n family.

    Stayed 2 nights with Komtar view in Room 308. U can fill drinking water from dispenser located at 1st floor with 2 thermos flask which is provided. Hair dryer can be requested from receptionist. Pro: Hotel is walking distance to Komtar/Prangin Mall/1st Avenue Mall, Chowrasta Market, Penang Rd Chendol, plenty of eatery nearby. Con: air-con is very noisy even though ask Maintenance to check. Apparently, all room is same as informed by Maintenance guys. Unable to sleep the whole 2 nights. No bathroom mat or bathroom slippers. Almost slipped when showering. Recommended for location and location only.

Near New Lane night hawkers n kopitiams Only complain is the water dispenser is available on the 1st flr lobby only.Only issued 1 door card for 2 person.Require rm100 deposit.Pls make the water dispenser available on each flr. Hope the hotel management Listen to our Feedback seriously.
