    Stayed 2 nights with Komtar view in Room 308. U can fill drinking water from dispenser located at 1st floor with 2 thermos flask which is provided. Hair dryer can be requested from receptionist. Pro: Hotel is walking distance to Komtar/Prangin Mall/1st Avenue Mall, Chowrasta Market, Penang Rd Chendol, plenty of eatery nearby. Con: air-con is very noisy even though ask Maintenance to check. Apparently, all room is same as informed by Maintenance guys. Unable to sleep the whole 2 nights. No bathroom mat or bathroom slippers. Almost slipped when showering. Recommended for location and location only.

    Everything is fine. Near New Lane night hawkers n kopitiams Only complain is the water dispenser is available on the 1st flr lobby only.Only issued 1 door card for 2 person.Require rm100 deposit.Pls make the water dispenser available on each flr. Hope the hotel management Listen to our Feedback seriously.
