location is very close to all the best foods you can find in hanoi. coming from sapa arriving very early in the morning its a very short walk grom the hk bus office stop. the were able to check-in early with a fee but its worth it to be able to sleep and rest before the start of the day. Minh, the receptionist gave us the best food experience with his recos. stay at this hotel for comfort and no hassle experience.

the day staffer Nimh was extra friedly and went great lengths to accomodate my needs and challenges as first time traveler in Hanoi right from minute 0 when I arrived and I didn't not have any cash to pay the taxi driver. The hotel is very clean in my experience. My biggest issue is that rooms have no windows so it was hard to hang out there when i was not outside.

As seen in photos, window gives the view of the street outside. Couldn't hear the noise though. Staff really helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Could not as for more. HAS ELEVATOR!! Elevator is a bit small but it'll probably fit a wheelchair. Definitely fit two big luggage 👍👍

We booked two family rooms for a 7-night stay. While the experience was significantly let down by recurring air-conditioning failures and poor management decision-making, we want to specifically commend a few front desk staff members who made a difficult stay more bearable. *** was consistently friendly and took the time to chat with us whenever we crossed paths in the lobby throughout our stay — a small but genuinely appreciated gesture. On the final night, *** and *** went above and beyond in their efforts to help us during the crisis. The housekeeping team also kept the rooms consistently clean. These individuals did everything within their power to help us — the failures described below rest squarely with management, not the front-line team. The AC issues were persistent and unresolved: As early as Day 2, we noticed something was off — the room no longer felt as cool as it should at 20°C. It wasn't until Day 3, when my son fell sick and we had no choice but to stay in the room the entire afternoon, that the full extent of the problem became clear. The AC was simply not functioning properly — set to 20°C but feeling closer to 27–28°C. The only solution offered was an electric fan, as all other rooms were fully booked. We were told we'd have to wait until Sunday (Day 5) for a room transfer — meaning we endured days of inadequate cooling during a difficult time. Day 7 — a complete hotel-wide failure with potential safety implications: By Day 7, every single room in the hotel lost AC. My wife and elderly in-laws were sweating through the night in extreme heat. We had to shower multiple times just to cope. What alarmed me further was that the entire floor of our room was covered in moisture — strongly suggesting a possible refrigerant leak rather than a routine technical fault. A refrigerant leak is not just a maintenance issue; it is a potential health and safety hazard. The situation became so dire that I seriously considered checking out and moving my family to the airport just to escape the heat. My biggest fear was that my elderly in-laws could suffer a heatwave or worse given the extreme conditions. That a hotel could allow guests — including elderly family members — to remain in such conditions without treating it as an urgent health emergency is deeply troubling. Management's response was disappointing: Despite the AC problems surfacing as early as Day 2 and culminating in a total hotel-wide failure on Day 7, the hotel refused to offer any reduction in room fees. When we escalated on the final night, the initial offer at around 10pm was a single room at another hotel — for a party that had booked two family rooms. Only after further complaints, well past midnight, did they arrange two rooms. By then, we had barely two hours before an early international flight. The resolution came too late and fell far short of what the situation demanded. The bottom line: *** , *** , and *** represent the best of what this hotel's staff can offer, and they each deserve full recognition. However, the management's failure to treat a potential refrigerant leak as a health emergency, their refusal to offer any compensation for multiple days of failed amenities, and their slow and inadequate response on the final night reflect a serious lack of accountability. Families — and especially those traveling with elderly members or young children — should think carefully before booking this property.
