    Location is good, rooftop room is good with balcany though the view is so so. No lift is a drawback if you carry big luggages. Luckily I have small luggage and hotel staff offered to help carry my luggage bag up 4/5F, but I had to carry it down myself.

    When I was choosing my room which the property calls it" basement room" I predicted it will be in the ground floor. The surprise, it was underground room having a window on a narrow louver. It was the first time for me to see a hotel having underground rooms. Bad ventilation, narrow and dark corridor. It was my fault. I should focus on every word. Agode also did a small fault. Agoda should show more photos and ask the property for more details. Ask well about strange words like "basment". For me all Agoda bookings are good except this time. agoda.

    The place is comprised of 2 buildings. One with wifi and without. They sell.the rooms saying there is wifi while knowing there is a problem in the second building with wifi. Very deceiving and unethical.

    Mould in the shower, mosquito gave me a good kicking the first night, smashed door, etc. Staff were fine but no idea how this place has semi decent rating, unfortunately the worst hotel I've ever stayed in...
