Location was very good and near to taksim square and istiqlal street. There was no outside noise. Staff was very helpful. They arranged transfers for us to and from the airport.

Location is the best! Beds are comfortable. Good value for money.

You have to beg for cleaning and they don’t tell you that you have to be out to the room entirely for them to be able to clean. They don’t come and check whether you require cleaning, nor do they tell you how housekeeping works on arrival so out of 6 days, our room was cleaned fully once and this after I had to have words with the staff who act like cleaning is a favour they’re doing for you. They have one cleaner and when I told them I had a meeting to take so I could not be out of the room at 12pm, he had the audacity to question me and tell me “who comes to Istanbul to work?” Housekeeping can be improved and they ration toilet paper to two per day. Staff need training on how to deal with guest requests and employ more cleaning staff.
