Amazing staff— when the fight got canceled and I had to arrive more than 24 hours later, they were accommodating and changed reservation! Awesome to know they treat guests with kindness.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and so fluent in English that communication was effortless. Additionally, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options.

Hotel is a 15 minute walk from the metro station, exit 1. Nice staff at reception and checkin was smooth. Room was large and spotlessly clean with a balcony. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby if required. Great option for stopover from Istanbul airport.
