Good customer service. Nice and helpful staff. Relatively quiet place. Close to some restaurants and shops.

The rooms were clean and tidy.
I had some issues with the stay, but staff reached out and clarified my concerns. I am fine with their response.

The location was good, close to the airport
No soundproofing, breakfast really disappointing. Although the location was good, the taxi price is ridiculous expensive
