I would like to thank all the staff of Mirhan Hotel Istanbul for their great professionalism and providing all the necessary facilities during my stay. The room was good and the price as well. I am satisfied with the service.

I asked for non-smoking and quiet room when booked the hotel for 4 nights but was given a smoking room (astray is in the room) on the ground floor in between 2 rooms. The room is not soundproof at all, I could hear people in adjacent room talking. For 3 of out the 4 nights I stayed there, the people who stayed in adjacent room were always talking very loudly either on phone or to each other all the time until midnight. Even when they slept, they snored very loudly too. I could hear all of that loud noise. I complained to the receptionist, but he just looked at me continuing what he was doing. The receptionist working at night also smoked inside the reception area and played movie on phone very loudly at night that I could hear from my room as it's located just behind the reception area. No room cleaning was done during the 4 days I stayed there.
Hotel location is good, but customer services is very bad.
