The foosball table was the highlight of the stay. I actually rented this room for a family member at Christmas time. I was shocked by the size and layout, especially for the price. I was quite disappointed.

Wonderful hotel, very clean, and located in arguably the best spot in Madrid! The rates vary depending on the season, and keep in mind that room sizes can range from quite small to medium-sized.

Very nice staff, which are pro active with cleaning and issues. Location is at the Gran Via, everything you need is nearby. We had the balcony on the Gran Via which is an amazing view to is busy street.

The hotel is beautiful and in an excellent location. Overall, the experience could have been positive, although for this price range I expected more spacious and better-maintained rooms (the sink was clogged and the power outlet next to the bed was not working). What was truly unacceptable, however, was that I, along with other guests, got stuck in the elevator for almost an hour, and no one at the hotel had the key to unlock it or was able to help us. We had to wait nearly an hour for external assistance. Fortunately, no one felt unwell, but I would have expected much better support—or at the very least, an apology message afterward.
