Numa Bremen Saga

Excellent stay all around! The room was clean, comfortable, and perfectly equipped. The amenities were top-notch, and the location was ideal. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice stay! 😊👍

Everything was simply excellent. The location is perfect, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. Although the staff aren't visible in person, they're always available online and ready to assist. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

We did not receive any info from agoda website about check-in(automatic), so I decided to call them in advance, (since I read from someone else that they didn’t receive and had to wait for an hour outside..) so i called them with German number provided on hotel’s website and they provided me immediately. I’m glad I did it in advance since they let us in a lot earlier as well. But just be careful if you were wondering when they send the info, we didn’t get it.

We booked 2 XL apartments for 4 adults. The space was more than adequate. Rooms were clean and new. I love how they have a lot of hooks and power outlets unlike other properties. I also love the online check-in procedure and pin entry...got there around 10pm and we just went straight up the apartments. Pros: Clean and fairly new rooms. XL suite was very spacious for 2 pax. They provide basic necessities like sanitary pads for women which is great. Location was very good, inside Bremen's city center. Service is great, they reply fairly fast and bring you whatever you ask for. Cons: No laundry/washers in the property. I find it ridiculous for a bnb property to not have a laundry room inside the property. It seems they planned on having one since it's indicated on the floor signs but never got around to installing it. Also, the garbage disposal room doesn't exist. We followed the instructions of bringing it to -1 beside the "laundry room", went through every door on -1 and no garbage bins existed. We had to throw our garbage daily outside on the street bins. There's no driveway to access the property, we had to drag our luggage all the way from the parking garage a block away. The property is surrounded by construction that starts work around 4am. We kept our windows open or it would get too hot, this meant it was extremely noisy and loud (AC was not working, only lukewarm air was coming out). Management tried to address this by providing ear plugs but not all of us could sleep wearing them. This is out of their control but a heads up would have been good. Overall I still definitely recommend Numa apartments
