Make sure you keep all belongings with you all day and you do not require support from staff. We arrived too early to check in (10am) and the staff took our bags and locked them in the luggage storage. Not once during this interaction was we told that the staff all go home and the hotel is left without a staff member until the following day or two after 5pm. We arrived back to the hotel at 5:30pm. When we arrived we did not have much charge to check in and the code sent by the hotel prior to our arrival was wrong. Luckily, we met a very kind couple who lent us a phone charger for the night. This helped us to charge our phone and be able to call the customer service to get our correct booking reference. The staff on these phone calls were all extremely rude. We asked on the phone about our bags that were locked in the luggage storage and was told that this was out of their hands and a member of staff would arrive the next day at 6am. Left without our bags, we headed to our room and got to sleep. We set alarms for 6am after being told by 2 different members of customer service that this is the time that staff arrive. Of course, at 6am no members of staff arrived. We waited and called customer service another 15 times and were told that a member of staff should be coming, then on the final call was told that as it was a Sunday no staff would arrive until Monday. Thankfully at 11am we found a member of housekeeping who opened the luggage room for us to locate our bags. Overall, this hotel would be great if you did not make use of their luggage storage or need any support or questions answered throughout your stay. Lastly, the hotel do offer a WhatsApp service for when they do not have staff in the hotel, however, this only runs on automatic replies.
