We did not feel we received a particulalry warm welcome. It was polite but no more than that. We had to ask the restaurant staff for things rather than being shown where to go and what to do. At breakfast on the first morning there were seven uncleared tables, but two staff just chatting to each other.

EV charger on site. Staff interference is minimal. Food is good in the restaurant. Room service is expensive. If booking for multiple days, then the staff does not clean up your room or restock the consumables, like toilet paper / Coffee etc. Also, they don't send it to you when informed but rather expect you to collect it at the front desk.

Very clean hotel and in good shape. Some rooms are totally new, others are not but in very good shape. In general the hotel looks nice. Good restaurant with good breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff is handsome and helpful. For work I take always this hotel
