    Had a very good stay. Room is good and worth the cost. Restaurant is very good and most importantly it pure veg and food is very tasty. Restaurant staff Trilochan & Prashant took care of customers very well with a very personal touch. The Housekeeping staff Nagendra was very good & helpful in ensuring that the room arrangements were perfect and helped in getting the rooms cleaned on time. Reception staffs were very professional & also helped in 1 hr late checkout as requested. Hotel is just 200mtrs away from Jagannath Temple and best location. Only issue was car or taxi cannot enter Marchikot chowk and from their the hotel is just 150-200 mtrs away, either we can walk or else take a cycle rilshaevor an Autorickshaw.

    Had a wonderful and very comfortable stay at the hotel. A special thanks to **Sabyasachi**, the hotel manager, who took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. He was always available whenever we needed assistance, promptly addressed every request, and ensured everything was smooth and comfortable. His warm hospitality, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

    We were stuck in our room with high fever, including my 2-year-old child, and received zero support from the hotel. The food was awful, yet outside food was banned. They wouldn't even give my sick toddler an apple unless we bought a full fruit chaat. Orders for basic necessities like water required multiple calls, and they refused to take our lunch order 10 minutes early (at 12:20 PM). Vehicles are not allowed on the road, so expect a lot of walking. Highly recommend staying on Beach Road or booking a Bhakta Niwas instead.
