He was always available whenever we needed assistance, promptly addressed every request, and ensured everything was smooth and comfortable.     EXCEPT FOR THOSE WHO ARE COMPULSIVE & EXCLUSIVE TEMPLE VISITORS, EVERYTHING ELSE ABOUT THE HOTEL IS WORSE THAN ETHIOPIA.
