    I, stayed at your hotel from 6th July 2026 to 7th July 2026. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, especially being close to the railway station. The staff were courteous and helpful, the food was tasty and very reasonably priced, and the overall service was excellent. I have a few suggestions that could make the experience even better: Some restaurant staff could benefit from improved Hindi language communication. There was water leakage in the bathroom and near the AC vent area, which should be checked. The in-room amenities can be upgraded by providing items such as hand wash, body wash, and a dental kit. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would be happy to visit again. Thank you for your excellent hospitality.

    Good hotel near to Metro and south railway station. Good eat outs nearby. Food included is not bad. Dont compare 3star facilities in other countries

    I recently stayed at South Regency and had a mixed experience. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. However, there were some major service issues that affected my stay. The central AC in the room was not working properly, making it quite uncomfortable. I informed the reception about the issue, and while they said they would check it, no one actually came to resolve the problem. It felt like the concern was not taken seriously. Another disappointing experience was with the restaurant service. I tried calling multiple times to place a food order, but no one picked up the call, which was quite frustrating. Even when it comes to the food, the restaurant has very limited options, and the quality was not good. On the positive side, parking facilities are available, which is convenient for guests traveling by car. Overall, while the cleanliness and parking are good, the lack of responsiveness, poor service, and disappointing food options need significant improvement.

    The room is outdated , Brocken bath room door , power plugs are not working properly and fan regulator not working , no wifi in room , breakfast was good , informed the receptionist about this complaint not resolved or no oter options gave . Never comeback . Not recommend for that money .
