    Lovely property and location, helpful staff, free Vinbus to safari and adventure park which was a big plus, airport pickyp and drop bus also available at 100kVND which is quite reasonable. Good buffet with Indian food as well but taste of Indian food and variety can be improved. Other cusine was much better.

    We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. One area for improvement would be the breakfast selection. While the food was good, the menu seemed to focus on a particular style of cuisine and vegetarian dishes. Adding more Vietnamese and other Asian breakfast options could provide greater variety for guests with different preferences. Overall, we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

    Very disappointing experience – not what we expected from Wyndham We had a horrible experience right from check-in. Even though our rooms were apparently ready, we were made to wait for more than an hour just to get the room keys. The attitude of some of the staff members made the experience even worse, as there was very little sense of hospitality or urgency. The rooms were extremely old and poorly maintained. There were clogged bathroom facilities, and the overall condition of the room was far below what we expected from a resort of this category. The entire property felt like stepping 20 years back in time when it comes to luxury and maintenance. Even the TV did not have basic/latest streaming apps, which was surprising for a resort of this category. The corridors were also very dark and had a strong unpleasant smell, which made the overall experience uncomfortable. The only positive was the breakfast. It was decent and had acceptable options, but nothing particularly special or tasty—just okay. For the price and the reputation of the brand, we expected a much better standard of cleanliness, maintenance and customer service. Unfortunately, this stay was a major disappointment and we would not recommend this resort based on our experience.
