    They don’t give the same property for which you pay. And provide you small room to you.

    Booked for a hotel, ended up the management allocating us family of 5 to a homestay due to overbooked rooms by other ppl. No lifts, the staff helped carried big luggages of 4 to 4th floor. Stairs was dark, narrow & dangerous. Old ppl & ppl with diability are jot recommended here. No housekeeping. Aircon was faulty & kept making weird irritating noises all night long making us unable to sleep. We booked 2 bedroom from 18-21 dec. Was told our rooms are only available from 18-19 dec. We Were told we have to move out on the 20 dec to another location due to bookings by other ppl. Complaints takes ages to be acknowledged by staffs. But very quick on offering tourists, transports offers. Bathroom had a standing urinal which was weird.
