The food and the room space is excellent.
The ゆかた is free for the ladies makes the customer so happy.
But, the hot spring is not hot enough, therefore should go to 湯苑 to enjoy.

Staff and food were excellent. Property is old and needs upgrading. It rained overnight while we were there and the hotel leaked in corridors. Water everywhere in corridors and the stairs between floors.
Rooms acceptable but not as clean as they should be.
This hotel has a sister hotel across the street and that is where most of the facilities are, big onsen bath etc.
