Excellent small place with lots of charm and character. The host Asami-san is exceptionally kind, special person. The guesthouse is well located close to the winter sakura trees blooming above the river. The whole walk from the Kawazu train station is along the river banks full of sakura trees.

I had a lovely stay. Asami was welcoming and helpful, providing information about the area and things to do. For an additional fee she can provide dinner or breakfast. The breakfast was delicious home-style Japanese meal. The guesthouse is well-located, close to the river, but outside of the main hustle and bustle of the town. It is an easy walk from the station and is close to a large public onsen which is also a bonus!

Best place I have stayed in Japan! Highly recommend! Love Tora, he is so cute. The breakfast and lunch are amazing.
