    This will be my hotel of choice from now on whenever I visit Hanoi. The room is so clean and the staff are so nice, it feels like a 5 star hotel. And they provide a very nice free breakfast, which I didn’t even expect at this price point to be honest. And while its a bit further from the old quarters, it is imo the best location, because it is located on a very clean and walkable street that doesnt really get busy at any time, is surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants, and it is still a 10-minute walk to the lake, and another 5-10 minutes of walking to be at the heart of French quarter. In short, you cant go wrong booking a room at this place

    While this isn’t a five-star hotel, the service here easily surpassed that of the five-star hotels I stayed at earlier in my trip. The staff spoke excellent English and were consistently warm and helpful. One standout feature was the hotel’s WhatsApp service, which made communicating with reception incredibly convenient. They were happy to assist with restaurant reservations, recommend places to visit, and answer any questions throughout my stay. Most impressively, when my luggage was lost, Lisa assisted to contact the airport’s lost and found department on my behalf, helping me successfully recover it eventually. This was especially noteworthy because the five-star hotel I had stayed at for the previous two nights had declined to help with the same issue. The room was modern and well-equipped, featuring motorised curtains, a smart TV, and amenities that all worked well. This hotel is truly a hidden gem. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional service and great value.

    Hotel was clean and cosy except not easy to find as the sign board was not prominent especially for 1st timer. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast have wide apread of variaty. Room is relatively clean but bed can improve to achieve more comfort sleep.

    We stayed at Grand Cititel for 3 days, and booked some day tours through the hotel. The service was quick. The room was okay but we expected better quality for the cost. Same in the breakfast.
