    Great location since it's very accessible to the city, and the room is good value for money. However, the AC was quite weak and not cold enough. The bathroom is very small and cramped. Basic amenities are limited—no slippers or toothpaste, just tissue, a small soap, and towels. The blanket wasn't very comfortable either. I requested a city view but didn't get one; the room only had a small window and the lighting was too dim.

    GV Tower Hotel is a practical choice if you're looking for an affordable place to stay in the city, but there are a few things to keep in mind before booking. The hotel is located on a very busy street corner, and the lobby is on the 7th floor, which may be a bit unexpected for first-time guests. The rooms are quite small and suitable only for short stays. Although there is a water heater installed for the shower, the hot water was not working during my stay. Since the hotel is in a bustling area, expect to hear noise from outside, especially during the day and evening. If you're going out on foot, be extra careful when crossing the streets as the area is crowded with both pedestrians and vehicles. One important thing to note is that the hotel requires a cash deposit upon check-in. They do not accept debit cards or GCash for the deposit, so it's best to bring enough cash with you. Overall, GV Tower Hotel is a decent budget option if your priority is location and affordability. Just be prepared for the noise, compact rooms, and the hotel's payment requirements.
