The Muslim Lady in reception was amazing and very helpful - stayed for 6 nights and she was super helpful. The only issue with the room is that sometimes there is too much noise in middle of the night to the extend that one night from 10 pm to almost 9 am non stop loud music was played in a room due to which I couldn’t sleep for a minute but after my complaint the Muslim lady removed that person and banned him from the hotel so good response. One more issue is a minor issue that every day you will have to update your room card in reception which is matter of few seconds so not a big deal. The facilities of the hotel is great like you have microwave, iron and fridge and a good bathroom with a large TV and AC/heater. Go can go to any location of the city within minutes as the number 6 downtown train is a 2 min walk and can get by subway directly to the hotel via same number 6 Parkchester.

Great bathroom. Quick & helpful staff.
Only downside is that there's a strong smell of cigarette/weed smoke. Not sure if that's due to smoking in rooms or I could've just gotten unlucky with where my room was situated.

The hotel was clean, cozy and quiet for the most part, I was right next to the staircase door. Elevators were broken and I was on the 4th floor, but by the time I was leaving next morning there was already someone to repair them. The only little things is there was no ashtray in a smoking room, and seems the the screen was broken, leaning in the window. I would recommend this hotel for short stays.
