Friendly and helpful staff, surprisingly large number of breakfast choices for the compact breakfast area, large mini fridge and microwave in room.
Only one chair in room (would have liked one more for 2nd guest), bedside light not working, noise from ambulances at night as location is across from hospital (obviously hotel cannot control this one.)

The continental breakfast, the queen suite was spacious
There was no parking for hotel, the other two queen rooms were exceptionally small
