Very disappointing experience here. Broken toilet, leaking drains all over bathroom floor, blocked sink, malodour in the bathroom, mini bar but not stocked, being overcharged for items and having to ask the bill to be fixed 3 times. Some of the food was lovely, breakfast in particular, but some of the food at the buffet made my stomach turn, soggy brown lettuce, rubbery avocado, over ripe tomatoes. Staff were nice people but not very good at their jobs. Can’t believe a hotel chain like Mantis puts their name to this hotel.

I had travelled for a solo birthday trip and the staff made my birthday unforgettable, from The lady at the reception, to the waiter Charles and vincent and the lovely waitress Aika. Not to forget the lovely Chef Veronica . I wish I had stayed longer and I would most definitely recommend it to anyone who’s looking forward to having a calm, warm with breath taking views.

We booked 6 nights thinking it is a 5 star level hotel. But in reality and from experience it is not more than 3 star. While the room is clean, the food wasn’t good at all (we tried breakfast and dinner besides juices) the food was really bad . The spa was really bad (did manicure) and technically they don’t know how to use polish.
The facility is very small and the hotel is really small .. we were really shocked by the facility . Laundry service is only after 24 hours!
Also the communication is only by WhatsApp, no phones in the room, and response was late. On checkout day I informed them earlier but next morning no one showed up and I had to physically go to reception to ask for support and check out.
We asked to cancel last 2 nights to go to safari and compensate with service or tourist experience or anything basically and they were not flexible nor considerate .. the reception manager did not bother nor tried to help in any way.
Other than him all other employees were friendly . We ended up paying everything and we lost 2 days and didn’t get a pleasant experience. December 2025
