The bedroom was great, spacious and all amenities. Bathroom however, no hot water after several complaints, was eventually fixed but took ages. Something wrong with the heater apparently. Breakfast was good apart from the crows trying to snatch your food. The hotel itself is clean and very well looked after. Kids loved the games room and spent most of their time in there.
Lunch and dinner menu was a miss. We dined in the nearby restaurants which had better options.
Overall, I’d rather stay somewhere else.

The best hotel I stayed in all my travels, great value for money (we got it on a deal on agdoo), outstanding rooms, size and facilities. Came with free kayak and games room & tennis court. On site tour/activities and spa and clinic.
Only thing is it's location, one hour from Stone town, 30 mins from nugewi beach. Some resteunts on the beach, there isnt much outside as its a village area. Does have power cuts but the hotel have a generator which kicks in immediately.
Would stay here again. Room manager *** is really good and elis as well. Hotel has good security so it feels very safe.

New hotel, good location by the beach in Kiwengwa with great facilities such as big swimming pool, jacuzzi, billiards, playstation and so on However, reception staff were very serious and didn’t smile at all. I also would like to note being a coffee lover, the cafe in the hotel didn’t have a well trained barista who know how to pull a basic coffee shot. Overall, I do recommend this hotel and I’d go back in future with hope of positive change.
