The room I got absolutely did not match what the pictures showed, I got a basic standard room instead of a superior room, the full view was only partial... I paid all fees, taxes and more but then I had to pay extra and it was there in black and white.. the cleanliness was not adequate. the staff does not necessarily understand what you are saying and agoda is not helpful at all, they do not respond to emails or messages..
