This is the 3rd time we stayed at the hotel its very clean the rooms good size and the bed was excellent the staff were very friendly and helpful thanks to ahmad the breakfast was very good and plentiful and the breakfast staff were very helpful specially the girl making omelet very helpful we will be back again and its highly recommended

3rd time we have stayed here and pleased with everything again also this time they have taken on board to supply a kettle and washing liquid for dishes👍 .
For some people the 20min walk to beach might be a bit far and resturant round at where the main pool is but for us it was not an issue there is also a small pool which at this time of year was cold sunbeds also at apartments
which were shaded or in the sun.
We found all staff helpful and the the cleaning staff cleaned rooms everyday with clean towels daily and bin emptied.
We also enjoyed the range of restaurants and small grocery shops on the doorstep.

Things I liked about Zephyr Agadir:
• The location is excellent.
• The staff were friendly and helpful.
• The apartment size was perfect and comfortable.
Things I didn’t like:
• No large bath towels were provided (only small and medium ones), and there were no bathrobes or floor towels.
• The towels provided are very old and do not appear to have been replaced since the opening. They were also not properly washed or bleached.
• Bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) are of very low quality.
• No coffee machine or coffee tray in the apartment.
• No slippers are provided, even though there is no carpet, parquet, or soft flooring — guests have to bring their own.
• Car parking is charged extra.
• The heated swimming pool is charged extra.
• The gym is charged extra.
• No washing machine or dryer is available.
• The breakfast is very simple, though acceptable.
• One night there was loud noise after midnight and again after 6:00 am due to a wedding party, including car horns being used for about 15 minutes at 6:00 am, which was very disturbing.
