Myself and my wife had a lovely few days here. Hotel is modern and well located between beach and town. Breakfast had a good selection and dining room is very spacious. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Gym was also good but a few more heavier bumbells would be worth getting. Will definitely be back.

The hotel was extremely noisy at night - it felt as if there was a conference room directly above us where chairs were being dragged constantly. The street noise was also very loud, making it impossible to sleep without earplugs. For a 4-star hotel, the room amenities and cleanliness were far below expectations. There were no slippers in the room, and we had to ask twice before finally receiving them. There was also no hair conditioner provided. Some of the towels were dirty, with visible stains and hair. The overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. There were FECAL RESIDUES on the outside of the toilet bowl, and even the new roll of toilet paper we received contained clumps of someone’s hair. The bed linen was covered in dust-like debris when we arrived, and the curtains were stained and visibly dirty. The only positive aspect of our stay was the staff, who were very kind and polite. However, friendliness alone cannot make up for the serious issues with cleanliness, noise, and basic standards expected from a hotel of this category.
