Great property, great rooms and bathrooms, good breakfast, cannot fault the hotel. However be careful at the train station pick pockets operating freely

Room is great. The service from the front desk staffs is great and friendly. Did not have a chance to use the amenities.

Always a pleasure to stay at the Crowne Plaza Grand Arenas. By the way, I never gave a 2 star rating and I don't understand how this could have happened.
