For me, this was a perfect stay. I stayed in a deluxe room with an enclosed balcony and view of the Vistula, the balcony being the perfect place to watch the sunset or just sit and ponder life. The hotel is just inside the Old Town itself, and it's just a very short walk to the tourist info centre, the castle ruins, the river walkway, and to the city bus. Staff were warm, welcoming and accommodating, and very responsive to emails beforehand.
My own wish is that I couldn't have stayed another night.

Hotel in such a great position in the city. Nice rooms with lots of furniture and space. Great staff and good breakfast. I'd certainly return.
