The property was really clean with a comfortable bed and nice shower room. Very central for Camerimage film festival
With wooden floors it was a bit visits when the person above walked around at 2am. However I had ear plugs so I was fine. If staying here I would recommend bringing some.

Clean. Decorated pleasantly.
Very time-consuming and annoying check-in because they failed to email us the essential details in advance. The email should have been sent several hours earlier. Also, it was very annoying to have to unlock and lock each and every door every time. Having to deal with 4 keys was a hassle, especially since the main door lock is old, we had to play with it while standing outdoors on the stoop. (The entrance to the apartments is across the street from a Sex Shop.) If they replace all the locks it would make a big differenc! Also, it's very a big fire hazard if you need to unlock the doors to get out. An extension cord for the electric pot is needed. The only way to use the pot was to set it on the floor!

We booked the family room with 5 single beds. It was a huge room, very clean with good size bathroom and it was perfect for a short stay. The location is ideal, very close to the old town by foot. We could park the park in a private car park at the back for a daily fee. The room was very quiet and well sound-proofed, so we didn't get disturbed by noise. We had breakfast in the morning, which was huge and very nice with cold meats, eggs, salad, cheese, etc... The host communicated well with us and was accommodating. Would use again this flat in future.
No blinds on the window so it gets really bright early in the morning.
Also we would only open 1 window to allow some air (other windows locked).
Could do with a mini fridge.
Squeaky stairs going up to the room.

Great location, spotlessly clean, amazing decor, staff were great! Really spacious rooms, comfy beds!
Would have liked better lighting on the stairs, more furniture/bedside tables would have been nice.
