breakfast was OK, but PAID and served by the bar downstairs that was NOT a part of the appartment facility (with 20% discount for the guests though)

karaoke night downstairs that was way too noisy until 01.AM, luckliy only on Saturday night. hope not the case on weekdays. The earplugs available in the drawers seemed to be a bad joke considering the overnight stay idea as such...

Nice comfortable room. Well equipped. In the heart of the city and close to bars and restaurants.

Its location is great and the rooms comfortable. The communal kitchen area was helpful too

I like the fact that location is marvellous and personel is very open-minded and flexible. I liked the second room on top floor, spacious, comforable and with nice bathroom facilities. Good food in downstair`s restaurant.

Unfortunately, during the first night we stayed in a room with a "view" on the wall (I wish it had been mentioned in the room description, then I would never have taken such a room), where there was some kind of ventilation problem. There was no AC and it was super hot. The air literally "stood" in the room. In order to sleep we had to have the fan on all night. I asked for a room change, explained that there was something wrong with the room and we were offered a room change, but for extra money. We decided to do this because we did not want to waste time looking for new accommodation. In my personal opinion, paying extra money to change a room that should not be made available to customers is a slight exaggeration and disappointment. Another issue was leaving luggage until the train. The bags were placed in the corridor beside bar, in plain sight, which, in case I had two laptops with me, was quite poor. Only after asking if it would be possible to hide them better somewhere, I carried the suitcases to a safer place.
