During our family vacation at the Royalton Bavaro all inclusive resort, the staff had us wait until 4 p.m. to give us our room. We were assigned a concierge who was somewhat nice but entirely too aggressive/ abrasive, ultimately wanted to have us join a sales presentation to purchase a timeshare, and was upset we did not want to do that. We were given a "three hundred dollar" hotel credit per room, which turned out to be another sales tactic to have us purchase a timeshare. The maintenance for room service seemed to be cleaning the rooms at night time which was not the best walking by our room with maintenance cars blocking the passage. The beach, however, was amazing, white sand, clean, beautiful green and blue waters, the pool was nice as well, but closed at 6 p.m., entirely too early, not the best. Some amenities, like the wave pool has an extra fee if you are not part of the Diamond Club or timeshare. I would recommend it, but the hotel needs to spend some time on customer service training.

The staffs were very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet has so many great options, and the menu changes everyday. I’ll definitely be back.
