    "Thank you very much to Phượng Ly, who works at the hotel. She helped me a lot with finding local restaurants. When my son got sick the other day, she even called and booked a medical appointment for me since I don't have a Vietnamese phone number. I truly appreciate her help. I like this hotel very much. The staff always greets customers warmly. Since I didn't know much about Hanoi, I asked the front desk for help, and they were very friendly and helpful in giving me information. Our room was nice and clean upon arrival. The location is great, and there is a lot of good food nearby. I highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family 😊😉

    The perfect spot to escape the business of old quarter, but still close enough to get a short bike in when ready. The pool was a huge plus during the hot summer days

    Where do I even begin? We booked 4 rooms for 9 people. On the day of arrival, everything seemed fine. The staff appeared helpful, and minor issues such as a clogged shower and an AC not cooling properly were fixed quickly. The first day went smoothly. The nightmare started on the second day. We left a laptop (Macbook Air M4) and a phone (Samsung Fold 4) in different rooms while we went on a Ha Long Bay tour. When we returned, the phone was missing. What frustrated us the most was not just the missing phone, but how the hotel handled the situation. Nobody seemed to take responsibility. Staff kept passing the issue to someone else. In the morning, we were told to speak to the manager and security at night. At night, the manager was nowhere to be found. Communication was poor, and there was no sense of urgency despite a guest reporting a stolen phone. We eventually went to the police, who were far more helpful and professional than the hotel staff. They explained that the investigation would take time. Then came the strangest part. While we were in Sapa, we received a call from the information desk at Lotte Mall (a place we had never even visited) that someone had apparently left the phone in a washroom at one of the stores there. On our return from Sapa, we recovered the phone. The entire situation raises serious questions. A phone does not simply disappear from a hotel room and then magically reappear at a shopping mall that the owners never visited. The hotel’s lack of accountability and unwillingness to properly investigate only made the situation more suspicious. The phone was returned, but the trust is gone. What should have been a pleasant stay turned into days of stress, police visits, and uncertainty. I would strongly advise anyone staying here to be extremely careful with their valuables.
