    This is an excellent hotel. The rooms are large and super clean. We loved the waterfall shower and the free bottled water. It is literally next to the BTS Surasak station, so you can get to anywhere quickly, even in the heat. The 7-11 underneath it is also a selling point. But what sold us is the staff, accommodating and helpful, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

    A good value hotel that is a stone throw away from surasak station along the silom line. There's a small 7-11 at the ground floor of the hotel, some local eateries nearby and a morning market within a 30mins walk. All the reception staffs we've met were friendly and helpful. There's a security guard at the ground floor during working hours and the entrance to the hotel is locked at night, will need to use room card to enter. Do note that the hotel doesn't have laundry facilities like washing machine and dryer, however they provide chargeable laundry services with their partner laundromat. There was a slight hiccup on our last day, the morning before checking out we decided to do a last minute Big C haul. When we came back, we found ourselves being locked out of our rooms even though it's before check out time. By the time we managed to enter our room and pack our luggages, it's a few minutes past check out time. Thankfully the staff didn't charge the late check out charge. According to the staff, the hotel is near an expressway. Therefore, car trip to the hotel from airport or vice versa will not be badly affected by Bangkok jams.

    My friend recommended this hotel to me. The staff are very friendly, and the room is clean and comfortable. It is very close to the BTS Surasak station, and there is a 7-Eleven located upstairs, very convenient. It was an amazing experience at SAM E. Hotel! I will definitely choose this hotel again.

    The hotel is in a very trafficked area of Bangkok and the noise goes till inside of your room especially the one with road view, the rooms are nice but what you would expect, breakfast is not included but you can have a free coffee in the morning
