    While booking this hotel, they have confirmed that they will be giving a safe place for our luggage storage since we were reaching early than the check in time. However, after reaching there were Noone to attend us. Neither they were picking our calls. At last after waiting for nearly 1 hour at their reception and continuously trying to reach them over phone, we had to book another hotel for half a day.. The staff and process were not supportive at all. Would not recommend this place to anyone.While booking this hotel, we were assured that a safe place would be provided for storing our luggage since we would be arriving well before the check-in time. However, upon reaching the hotel, there was no one available to assist us, and our calls went unanswered. We waited for nearly an hour at the reception and made repeated attempts to contact the hotel, but received no response. With no other option, we were eventually forced to book another hotel for half a day just to store our luggage and manage the situation. The staff and overall process were extremely unhelpful and inconvenient. The experience was disappointing and far from what was promised during the booking. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially if you are relying on them for early-arrival assistance or luggage storage.

    When I arrived, I had to deal with a very weird situation, they made me sign up and then they sent me to a different place but not good at all by scooter. I had to come back by foot to ask them to refund me. Finally accepted but that was not correct.
