Room was spacious, daily housekeeping services and come with all basic amnesties except kettle.
Well located and tremendously easy access to Metro and tram. Various option of foods nearby especially for those who looking for Halal foods. Recommended!

Our experience was good,
I believe they were doing some updating and maintenance so some things were out of order. It would have been helpful if there were clear instructions on how the hotel operates like Breakfast tickets, borrowing items, the key card for the electric, ect. We were having to go back many times to ask about these things. So maybe having a pamphlet going through all the amenities would be helpful for tourists. But over all good attitude from staff and helpful when we had those questions.
