Stayed in these hotels a couple times in different areas and they are always stunning. They smell amazing as soon as you walk in, the rooms are roomy and spotless, decorated lovely & matching, never gory colours, the beds are so comfortable which is a rarity at hotels! The man on reception at this one was particularly lovely, very friendly & happy.

The staff at the reception were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately one of the waiters in the restaurant was very arrogant and good at ignoring you, hence the visit at the restaurant was not a pleasant experience.

Very welcoming reception, and extremely comfortable, spacious rooms all with wither a patio (ground floor) or balcony. We'll certainly stay there again.

I love this hotel. This is the second time I've stayed here. The reason I gave it a 4-Star was that the fridge was not very cold despite having it at the coldest setting. I was able to get from the bar. There was no resistance, and the staff is always friendly. I'll be staying here again for all my Bruges and Ghent visits.

far from the city center. the information about the shuttle service should be updated because they call a taxi they have an agreement with, the area that would cost 2-3 euros becomes 24 euros with the shuttle. the hotel is perfect, very enjoyable for children and has a clean air. the parking lot is very ideal. we stayed at 5 different hotels in 7 days, this was the best.

Lovely hotel, we stayed in a family room which is very spacious with a separate bedroom. Bathroom had everything a family needs, towels were thick and fluffy. Noise from the motorway was minimal. Minor issues, empty soap dispenser but replaced quickly and door handle to bathroom very loose. Would recommend as the size and room facilities for families exceed most hotels.

Easy reach of Brugge. The hhotel was beautifully decorated. The breakfast buffet was excellent so much choice of food. I would highly recommend this hotel. You do need a car as there really isn't much around.
