Jacuzzi, only one with warm water was dirty. Walking to the rooms was painfully long and uneven surface. Staff are nice. Helpful. Specifically Felix was wonderful.

Hotel Cumbres is a really big resort with spacious rooms, great facilities and very friendly and helpful service team from front desk to the restaurant. The hotel provides shuttle service to the downtown , you just need to WhatsApp the hotel when you are ready to return, they will arrange the shuttle to pick u up. It’s a little oasis in the middle of Atacama desert.

Hotel Cumbres was such a treat! The room was spacious and the terrace private and relaxing. The hotel property was very well appointed. The staff was friendly and attentive. We really appreciated the free shuttle to town. Definitely mo ey well spent!

The hotel is nice, clean, and has a good breakfast. What I would warn any potential guest is that reserving through Agoda has been a terrible experience. International visitors to Chile do not have to pay 19% taxes but if you go through Agoda, you pay them. I tried to communicate with Agoda about this from minute 1, the response was "check with the hotel". I brought it up with the hotel and they said I should deal with Agoda. A truly rotten, circular experience. Finally, I was told by the hotel that the 19% tax waiver is only if you make the reservation through the hotel. First I had heard of this. I am truly disappointed with Agoda and their lack of personal communication, and with Cumbres Hotels for not being empathetic to my issue. If you consider this hotel for its facilities, be wary of any dealings with the reservation process. I personally will not deal with Agoda or Cumbres again.
