It was very beautiful and comfortable

You can only pay in US cash or with a credit card (not visa debit, not wise, not travel money card) as an international tourist or you pay local tax. I had planned to pay the extra between the cash I had with card (as arranged) but the system will not accept WISE (my standard card) and I had to use my international Visa card with fees. Frustrating but relatively minor

Very good hotel overall. The staff was attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with great variety and quality. One thing we really appreciated was the several shared kitchen areas available for guests, with tea, juice, milk, and other amenities always accessible. This was extremely convenient for preparing my son’s bottle. The hotel is charming, cozy, and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

The only disappointing point was that the jacuzzi was not heated, and the pool was also not heated despite the cold weather. Because of that, we were unable to properly enjoy both amenities during our stay.

Beautifully designed and staff were very helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. Rooms were a good size and it was light and airy. Would stay here again!

Drain smell in bathroom each morning Dark, smaller room Doors (ours and neighbours) made a loud sound when closing so woken by neighbours leaving for early morning tours etc - needs sanding.
